Ok so if you haven’t noticed, my favorite amino wise has been out of stock. I love it because I try to work out by lifting weights several times a week among other things. Amino wise helps my body not be as sore šŸ˜†


Anyway then I saw some young living person I follow post about using multi greens and agilease AFTER work out! Brilliant! So I tried it and I cannot believe how much it has helped me recover!! I think it’s because Agilease probably help with the body’s natural response to inflammation more. But they both are super awesome. I just kind wanted to compare them!!
